Share’s Holiday Celebration is their biggest event of the year. Each family or individual who registers in time receives gift cards to enable them to choose what is most needed by the family. Many parents use the gift cards to buy their children gifts from “Santa.” The gift value distributed to each neighbor is dependent on the donations we receive.
Registration
Registration begins in October when we checking the eligibility of each neighbor in need. Several volunteers are needed each week to help our neighbors through the registration process. Spanish-speaking volunteers are in particularly high demand. We provide training for all new volunteers before each registration session. Sign up to volunteer through our volunteer application and indicate your interest in “holiday registration.”
