End your day strong with a little self-care. Take a moment to slow down, breathe, and stretch through this moving meditation accessible to all. Modifications are always offered so everyone can participate at any level. Just bring yourself, water, and a yoga mat. Participants are encouraged to make a donation as all proceeds go directly to Farm Up Jamaica
