The proposed multi-family building is planned to be up to five stories, with two- and three-bedroom units. It is designed with varied facades, height and setbacks to break up the building mass. Parking is provided in a structured underground parking garage and within the building at the rear of the first floor. The Applicant proposes a series of private and public open space areas, including a raised interior courtyard with a multi-use lawn, fire pit, seating areas with overhead shade structures, and a grilling area for the residents. Public outdoor amenities include a corner urban park with an open lawn area, walking paths, shade structures, and café tables. A public access easement would be recorded over these outdoor facilities.

A Planning Commission public hearing to consider the proposal is scheduled for March 20, 2024 and a hearing by the Board of Supervisors is scheduled for May 7, 2024. For more information and updates if changes to hearing dates should occur, visit the project dashboard.
