“Electrify Your Home with Rebates and Incentives” webinar

Tune in to “Electrify Your Home with Rebates and Incentives: A Carbon-Free Fairfax Webinar” on Thursday, March 7 at 6 p.m. ET to learn about the tax credits and rebates as well as Residential Energy Conservation Programs available through Dominion Energy. The livestream event is being hosted by the Fairfax County Office of Environmental and Energy Coordination (OEEC), in partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy and Honeywell Smart Energy.

Through 2032, homeowners can take advantage of federal income tax credits available through the Inflation Reduction Act for getting an energy audit and making upgrades such as installing electric heat pumps and other energy efficient appliances, doors and windows, and insulation. There are also income tax credits for clean energy equipment, such as rooftop solar, wind energy, geothermal heat pumps and battery storage. Many of these items will also qualify for the Home Energy Rebates.

Dominion Energy customers in Fairfax County can also benefit from rebate and incentive programs for getting home energy assessments, buying ENERGY STAR® appliances and adding smart controls for heating and cooling your home.

The webinar will be livestreamed on Fairfax County’s YouTube channel as well as OEEC’s Facebook page. No registration required. It will also be immediately available on YouTube to watch the replay after the livestream. For more information visit the Fairfax County Office of Environmental and Energy Coordination website.
