Barre Series: Barre Unbound
Join us for a FREE Outdoor Barre Series in Boro Park with Barre Unbound every other Monday, 6 -7 pm, May-September.
The Barre Unbound Method is a low impact total body workout that combines strength training with traditional ballet barre movements. Through fun transitions and upbeat music, you’ll challenge yourself and gain a stronger awareness of your body.
Please bring a water, towel and yoga mat to class.
